Return policy
  1. For returns, please email info@roxannesdriedflowers.com within 15 days of delivery with order number for store credit, minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee
  2.  For damaged products, please email info@roxannesdriedflowers.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number and images for a refund, which can take 5-15 business days to process
  3. Products must be returned in original box with packaging intact and customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
  4. We reserve the right to deny your request for a return if return requests are not met. 

Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price is final sale and therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns on perfume, soaps, lotions, essential oils, and refresher oils. Workshop and event tickets are eligible for half of their value in store credit.

Please note that Roxanne’s Dried Flowers is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen once they are in the hands of the designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc). If your order is missing or damaged, file a claim with the mail carrier and email photos to info@roxannesdriedflowers.com.
