Care instructions
Dried and preserved flowers are mostly care free. The main factors that effect them are light or humidity. Direct sunlight can cause flowers to fade, and moisture can be absorbed and make certain flowers "wilt". If they end up getting dusty, we recommend canned air or a blow dryer on a low cool setting.
Return policy
- For returns, please email info@roxannesdriedflowers.com within 15 days of delivery with order number for store credit, minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee
- For damaged products, please email info@roxannesdriedflowers.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number and images for a refund, which can take 5-15 business days to process
- Products must be returned in original box with packaging intact and customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny your request for a return if return requests are not met.
Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price is final sale and therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns on perfume, soaps, lotions, essential oils, and refresher oils. Workshop and event tickets are eligible for half of their value in store credit.

Beautiful, delicate, wispy addition to any floral arrangement.
Shipped quickly, and well packaged.
The fern bouquet/bundle is lovely and I am making it "work", but the chosen paint resulted in the fern arriving in a solid sticky clump of fern branches. Because of this, most of the branches were damaged upon trying to separate them, which is a problem because this plant is already quite fragile when preserved and needing to be separated after shipping (speaking from experience). I'm not sure if this problem is due to the specific kind of paint used or the fact that it was simply sprayed on far too heavily, but the plumosus ferns I have received from other companies do not have such a problem. The shade of green on the ferns from these other companies looks more natural as well. Other than this, it is a decent fern and I am grateful.
These stems are so pretty they’re dainty and wispy, every detail of the fern looks incredibly well preserved. Shipping was fast and every item I got was packed with care!
